Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 12, 2026
1. Our Commitment
VectorVPN is built with privacy as a core principle. We operate a strict no-logs policy. We do not monitor, record, log, store, or share any of your online activity while connected to our VPN service.
2. What We Do NOT Collect
- Browsing history or web destinations
- DNS queries
- IP addresses you connect to
- Content of your internet traffic
- Connection timestamps
- Bandwidth usage per session
- Your originating IP address
3. What We Do Collect
We collect the minimum information necessary to operate the service:
- Device identifier — a hardware-based UUID used to manage device activations (up to 3 per subscription). We do not link this to your personal identity.
- Device name & platform — displayed in your account for device management (e.g., "MacBook Pro", "macOS").
- Activation timestamp — when a device was activated.
- Subscription data — your plan type and expiration date.
- Aggregate server metrics — total connected client count and server load, used for load balancing. This data is not linked to individual users.
4. Activation Codes
Subscriptions are purchased using anonymous activation codes. We do not require your name, email address, phone number, or any personal information to use VectorVPN.
5. Data Security
All communication between your device and our servers uses TLS 1.3 encryption. VPN traffic is additionally encrypted with ChaCha20-Poly1305 with ephemeral keys (perfect forward secrecy). We use no third-party analytics or tracking services.
6. Data Retention
Device registration data is retained for the duration of your subscription. When you deactivate a device, its record is immediately deleted. Aggregate server statistics are retained for up to 30 days for operational purposes.
7. Third Parties
We do not sell, trade, or share any user data with third parties. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services.
8. Law Enforcement
Because we do not log user activity, we have no data to provide in response to legal requests. We cannot identify users based on IP address or timestamp because this information is not recorded.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
