1. Acceptance of Terms

By using VectorVPN ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VectorVPN provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our servers. The Service is provided on a subscription basis using activation codes.

3. Subscriptions & Codes

  • Subscriptions are purchased using activation codes.
  • Each code can be activated on up to 3 devices simultaneously.
  • Codes are non-transferable once activated.
  • Subscriptions are valid for the purchased duration (7 or 30 days) from the time of first activation.
  • Expired subscriptions cannot be renewed; a new code must be purchased.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in any illegal activity under applicable law.
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Send unsolicited communications (spam).
  • Conduct network attacks (DDoS, port scanning, etc.).
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights.
  • Share your activation code with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes our data practices and no-logs policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. VectorVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through the application or website.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deactivating your device. We may terminate or suspend your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
